On Sept 06, QUT & the Independent Music Project began a world record attempt at the longest ever continuous recording session for multiple artists. Their plan was to have two bands tag teaming on three hour slots with a house band for backup.
We requested the longest session possible – a graveyard shift midnight to 6am, a total of SIX HOURS of non stop improvised live tweakage on synths, laptops and ableton live. We also managed to sneak in our visual expert to videotape entire jam too!
Over the next few months we will be releasing audio snippets of the jam while we get the video sorted.
